The other negative reviews on here are spot on. The culture is cutthroat, people are not nice to each other, and the company does not care about lower level employees. You will be working harder for less pay than if you took the same job somewhere else. There is no training for younger employees, instead you are thrown into the fire with no direction and yelled at/belittled when you inevitably don't know what you're doing. You will be micromanaged in everything that you do. I am not one to write company reviews but I feel so strongly about how negative my experience was that I owe it a service to people considering working here what they are getting into. It is also clear that basically all of the positive reviews on here were written by management.

The people who work here were quite qualified.

Cons

This place is full of politics and nasty people who take pleasure in demeaning others and making them feel worthless. I couldn't tolerate such an environment for long, so I had to quit.
