Enjoyable place to work. Friendly people.

Cons

Little compensation and no teamwork. Rude and obnoxious behavior from front line employees and senior management was sadly tolerated and often overlooked. Steep learning curve in terms of knowledge. There was no growth. Working atmosphere was very tensed. I would rather live of dirt and live in a box than work in this company. Like I said in the title, run away.

When looking at these reviews, just be aware it is blatantly obvious management is adding positive reviews for their own recruiting purposes. There is high turnover for a reason, you will be compensated poorly while management gaslights you with some woke cozy culture that doesn't exist. It is really pathetic and uncandid on their part, but unsurprising given they operate an archaic business model that doesn't provide any legitimate value. Lack of IPO revenue is killing them and they will continue to overwork and underpay their associates as a failed solution.

Starting in June 2021 management was frustrated with all the negative reviews and miraculously a lot of current employees started leaving glowing reviews. That is all you need to know about this place. Fix the perception rather than the reality. Do not work here.
