      Awful CEO Only Wants Agreeable People

      Pros

      When you work around people who don't follow logic but blindly follow a single person to save their positions, you don't feel positive.

      Cons

      The CEO is a horribly arrogant, mean, and evil person who just wants to be surrounded by spineless people. These people are fake and lie blatantly about how great the company and the leadership are, It's ridiculous. I stood for the truth and escaped as soon as I could.

      Interview process. Orientation was good. Apple products for employees.

      Cons

      Terrible culture. Fake values. CEO is a joke, surrounded by yes men who won’t speak up.

      Vision focused

      Pros

      People are hired based on culture so the people are great. Employee gatherings are always fantastic. The company is vision driven and if employees are bought into that vision the workload makes sense.

      Cons

      It is not for everyone. It is a fast paced and innovative company. Not a good fit for everyone but people are upfront about that during the hiring process.
