Pros

The free food in the break room is cool along with the super nice employees.

Cons

Management likes to strike fear into the employees by giving them tasks that are unable to be completed without years of experience that they automatically think you have. Company does not pay attention to the kind of access you get and mainly will give you just about anything.

Pros

When you work around people who don't follow logic but blindly follow a single person to save their positions, you don't feel positive.

Cons

The CEO is a horribly arrogant, mean, and evil person who just wants to be surrounded by spineless people. These people are fake and lie blatantly about how great the company and the leadership are, It's ridiculous. I stood for the truth and escaped as soon as I could.

Pros

- Most coworkers were amazing people

Cons

- Nobody at Wolfe knows or cares to help teams write high-quality software. It's all about churning out half-baked solutions as quickly as possible. - Testing and Security are afterthoughts at Wolfe. Nobody cares until some shtf situation pops up that could've been avoided if devs were given the time to properly plan. - CEO is a narcissist - There is a handful of people who have been working for the CEO for many many years. The CEO calls these folks "The OG's" and they get special treatment at every opportunity. If you're not an OG then you are expendable. - You will be micromanaged at every opportunity. "Managing" at Wolfe apparently means constantly demanding updates on Slack multiple times a day. - The company claims to "sell smiles" and do things to help people, and yet they carelessly fire vulnerable people on a regular basis. One of our newer salespeople had a home in Florida that was destroyed by a tropical storm, so her ability to work was affected. She was let go. People who just had babies seem to be let go very often too. The people behind these decisions have no soul and no empathy. They'll string you along with promises of lucrative stock plans so that you'll kill yourself working overtime only to be let go cause the product sucks.
