An Update of a Previous Review

Pros

* Some technical debt since the previous update has been eliminated. * Majority of employees united against SW are nice. * We still have free soda, I guess.

Cons

Where do I begin? This place was bad when I first reviewed, but it seems to have only gotten worse. Abandon the ship while you can. I know I've already started looking elsewhere. Let me break it down to the reader: * SW is insane if you haven't already figured out from the other reviews. * Any 4+ star review on here is either from interns from UIUC or HR/SW trying to make our glassdoor look better. * We are losing money. * Our tech is REALLY bad. * We don't do requirements-driven design. * Our pay is horrible. * The list goes on and on.
