They could invest more in people - hiring more people and paying them better. They pay low for semiconductor industry. This is getting better in some parts of the company.

There is not much focus on career development. Turnover can be pretty high, especially for younger workers who aren’t tied down with a family that would make it more difficult to leave the company. Company has historically run like a start up and did not run like a world class semiconductor fab. Fab is not automated, equipment is dated and sometimes not the best tool for the process. However, new leadership has been brought in within the past year at the VP and SVP roles and there are more efforts to “shape things up” to make us a world class organization.
