Cree is fast paced and requires their employees to be flexible to accommodate the entrepreneurial nature of the company. If you like to be challenged, Cree will provide lots of opportunities to make a difference.

Cree is fast paced and requires their employees to be flexible. If this is not your cup of tea, then this is not the company for you. Cree is transitioning from its base of semiconductor and led components to become a lighting company. There is always some upheaval that comes from this type of shift in the business. R&D is still important, but Cree will need to become equally skilled at manufacturing execution and supply chain management to be one of the top global lighting companies.
