- Good pay for the area, Decent work/life balance if you don't have kids 12 hours 3/4 days a week. - The lower employees are amazing. - Good cafe cheaper then going outside - raises every year to match inflation

Cons

- If you get a bad manager good luck. I was lucky and mine lets do anything - Moral is low at the moment due to the coming bankruptcy - If you have kids hours suck but you only work half the year - We are currently low manned due to people quitting or "not qualified"
