Location - Santa Barbara is great

Cons

Employees including scientists and engineers are treated like dirt. Some managers are awful. They criticize certain people no mater how good of a job they do. For example: Someone wrote a patent disclosure based on an innovative idea. instead of saying "good thinking", they said "you wasted your time". But in the end, the IP department (head quarter in NC) sees its value and file the patent and it was issued.
