You make a living. You will hate your job. Don't work at Cree. You get to work with foreigners.

Cons

There are more migrants working here than ice ever seen don't speak English and are catered to. Management is very political and do not care about your well being. This company will be eventually be bought out. A lot of fratinization going on also, makes it unprofessional. Don't work here ,moral is terrible. No chances of advancement.

Nice gym and cafeteria. Good health and dental insurance.

Cons

Terrible work-life balance. Have to support factory that is open 24x7x365, so often have to work on holidays. Resources are stretched so thin that mistakes are often made. Not enough Engineers to respond to all of the fires that pop up daily. Constantly coming up with new products, but don't communicate a clear plan on how to manufacture them. Managers don't have enough time to develop their employees because they are so busy fire fighting.
