You can only join this company if you swear to yourself that you give up all the fun and enjoyment in life. It doesn't matter how qualified you are even a PH.D or a Masters, you are just given the kind of menial work only to meet the company's target, which adds no value to your resume at all. I bet there are better companies out there which will recognize your qualifications and you will have better job satisfaction. Please go for those companies.

Non-engineer's are fodder for the machine. They grind through anyone not a PhD or higher as grist for the mill. Require an enormous amount of your time and if you aren't willing to put in the 50+ hours week in and week out, then you obviously aren't committed to success. Middle management are mostly Engineers who have been favored and have no people skills at all.
