      Career started off as a very empowering experience, but quickly turned into a toxic one.

      Pros

      Great benefits, compensation package, employee stock purchase plan, excellent people with great talent

      Cons

      Employees are not considered a resource. No emphasis on people. Everyone is considered replaceable. Very data driven. No work-life balance. Cut throat environment. Leadership constantly changing. There is not a defined vision shared by the leaders. High turn-over in most areas.

      Pros

      Some good people. Pay is par.

      Cons

      Non-engineer's are fodder for the machine. They grind through anyone not a PhD or higher as grist for the mill. Require an enormous amount of your time and if you aren't willing to put in the 50+ hours week in and week out, then you obviously aren't committed to success. Middle management are mostly Engineers who have been favored and have no people skills at all.

      Pros

      I do not think there are any pros to this company, they make you work long long hours, managers yell and scream at employees and make it seem like its normal (!!!????), the work you do here will not help you if you move into any other semiconductor industry

      Cons

      Managers are completely immature and do not know how to behave civilly, employees are not valued, their ideas are not valued, you're seen as being a "good" employee if you spend 14-15 hours working there everyday, no matter if you finish your work in 10 or 11 hours. Their high turnover speaks for itself, this is not a place to waste your life in!!!!
