Pros

The company has an easy job but long hours. If you want to come in and do the job without complaining, then it's an easy job. This job has a good pay rate and benefits too.

Cons

If you want to move to a different shift or advance to a higher position, it is much harder. I find there is a lack of leadership to get the job done.

Pros

Wolfspeed is a great place to work, with genuine, hard-working, knowledgeable, talented engineers and people in general. It gives start-up feelings (collaborative yet chaotic sometimes). Pioneer in SiC power devices and electronics. All in all very good work and open work environment.

Cons

Wolfspeed has motivated, capable people and strong potential. However, in some units, external hires with experience aren’t fully heard or utilized, leading to missed opportunities. My own team was well managed, but I saw this issue elsewhere—a pity, given the talent and "free" energy available. Completely missing an industrialization/operational mindset. still thinking of being an R&D company.
