management was flexible, PTO is ok

the place is run like the building is on fire at all times the backend ops team will throw a fit over a single wafer getting stuck for a week, pay feels quite low,I wouldn't say training was adequate for the expectations and the intricacies of their systems, taking a long weekend often meant that I had to play catch up when I got back
