Pros

3-step interview: in step 3, you may have a direct interaction with the team members, the communication process is great, flexible, and time efficient.

Cons

You have to wear many hats in the job that might not be posted in the job description. Have to adjust quickly to the changing responsibilities.

Pros

Flexible work environment, remote work.

Cons

-Large majority of tenured employees are doing the bare -minimum. -Career growth is incredibly stagnant, company would prefer to hire in new people for higher positions rather than promote from within. -Resistant to change and innovation, even if it would overall benefit the company. No good sense of future risk management, people just say things are ok until they're not. -Upper leadership makes bad decisions at the expense of the lower employees. Ex) The cost of shutting down farmer's branch site after dumping in a ton of money and before production really started was such a waste. -Haven't gotten a decent bonus in like 2 years
