No job related certifications to pass on to the next role, no real promotions, the raises are a joke. God forbid a lead fancies/ favors your colleague, you may just find a reason to get fired! Culture is 'clock in on time, work, keep your head down. Yes you can apply for that higher role. No, you won't get it cus we hired you for something else.
