Pros

A great place to work in Belfast with an amazing group of knowledgeable people. A diverse and inclusive place to expand your professional network with lots of senior staff who started at reputable and established IT companies in Belfast. Everyone is really genuine and friendly with no agenda or toxicity whatsoever. NI culture is great with flexible hybrid working and even free snacks for breakfast and lunch when working in the office. Quarterly socials are fun and you can choose to be involved in the ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) or locally with charity activities like volunteering or fundraising.

Cons

The company feels like a startup because the Belfast office has been set up as a centre of excellence within the business to deliver IT Strategy solutions globally. So there’s obvious teething issues that you would expect with policies, processes, etc. This is perfectly fine and probably desirable if you are at a more senior level because you will have the foundation necessary to go in and really make an impact to shape those things. But junior staff will need to be very gritty and proactive here. This is not always ideal for those who like processes and structure at any level and is sometimes a difficult learning environment.

Pros

Easy work, not very physically demanding. Good group of coworkers that are easy to get along with. Campus cafeteria food is actually really good, yet to have a bad meal from there. Do not apply for Equipment Tech/Maintenance if you are a lazy worker, you won't fit in. Company is growing exponentially so now is a great time to get in. 12hr shifts, working 7 out of 14 days every 2 week period, different schedules for different positions/departments.

Cons

Parts organization here is a nightmare. Cameras are everywhere and you feel like you're always being watched. HR doesn't like to fire people, so the troublemakers and lazy people get away with a lot for far too long before they get fired.
