Pros

I made some good friends, and I rarely had to work long hours. Was able to take vacation, etc., without getting a guilt trip.

Cons

Management was nepotistic, unethical, and a joke. "peon" level workers got no respect and had no chance to advance. The work was either stressful and impossible deadlines, or tedious, dull, and insultingly bland.

Cons

Executives are invisible. Except for talking head momments Senior Management is invisible Everyone else spends way too much time meeting and not getting enough done It does not execute on the goals
