      Reasonable benefit package. Stable company with reasonable job security.

      Cons

      Compensation is low and non-competitive. Way below market rate. No significant improvement after speaking with my manager. No promotion what-so-ever for 8 years.

      Lots of potential, ideas are on the right track towards a brighter future.

      Cons

      Projects are a mess. It's very good on paper as the company are hiring a lot of Business Analysts to do the job. 70% = 100% completed + a brand new project for the 30%.
