Pros

Good benefits. Especially vacation and holidays. If you end up in the right department with the right boss and coworkers you might enjoy your ride there.

Cons

Lack of vision. Inadequate budgets to really drive growth. Immature upper-level management that doesn't respect their employees and seems to enjoy being cruel and condescending. Mid-level management that plays politics and is more concerned with covering their own butts than thinking outside the box every now and then.

Pros

Free beer and wine. Game room. The view. Certain people are nice. Making up text at this point to satisfy the minimum word requirement.

Cons

No talent development. There’s a big focus to over sell however there’s poor delivery of the solutions. The SaaS offering is an understatement. Long hours. Pay is below the average. Very very high turn over in the last couple of months.

Pros

Very few. Generous PTO and strong medical plan. It doesn’t matter though. This company and the way it treats its employees is reprehensible.

Cons

Many. Quite simply the most toxic environment I have ever worked in over an a career spanning almost 30 years. Major favoritism, and prejudices exercised. Advancement opportunities are not there for the vast majority of employees. Massive micromanagement by a team of mangers that largely have no clue how to manage processes or people. Management treats its employees horribly. Wolters Kluwer is an awful company to work for.
