      Flexible work environment, very generous PTO program, great insurance benefits

      Lack of communication, lots of meetings about having other meeting, management is out of touch with employee needs

      Comfortable atmosphere and steady schedule. The benefits are great.

      Cons

      The more advanced positions are located in Rockford/Waltham. Little room for any advancement in Richmond office.
