Very short term vision that gets in the way of stated long term goals.
In the five years I worked here, I had five different managers due to multiple "re-orgs". Each time, senior management stated that this was part of a long term vision to get the company back to a competitive and financially stable base of operations. However, if the changes do not have the desired effect within one year, they pull the plug and start again. These decisions appear to be entirely driven by the immediate need to placate investors at the time of annual reporting.
