      Pros

      Your coworkers is the best part of the job.

      Cons

      They will overwork you. And change your schedule or days off without any input or concern for what you have going on. It does matter how much you work or good you are at your job. If management do not like you there is no chance for career advancement.

      Pros

      Lots of autonomy and trust. Compensation is fair in my opinion. It'll depend on the role/department but I see room to learn and grow. Exciting and fast paced with a pretty clear eye on the prize mentality.

      Cons

      It's still a startup so there is always a bit of chaos and uncertainty. If you're flexible and positive it's not a big deal. Have endured multiple rounds of layoffs which seem to be in the rearview now. Performance review process is ridiculous in that coworkers have direct input of career growth. Time off is difficult to use due to available resources to help cover. Benefits have declined; no 401K match, increased healthcare cost, no cellphone reimbursement (no option for desk phone). Penny smart and dollar stupid.
