Fast paced work environment, talented people.

Cons

Leadership is incompetent, unable to pick a direction and stick with it, unable to assign priorities and unwilling to stand by their decisions. A lot people at the C-suite level have been hired out of other industries and are completely out of their depth. Company is burning cash like crazy and the food quality is tanking.

Pros

Always something to do, never a lack of work. People around the office are quite friendly.

Cons

Very demanding job. Seems like everyone is severely overworked. The pay might be attractive, but it comes at the cost of feel like work is never complete, never feeling satisfied at work, and cutting some corners in order to make things work. Not out of the ordinary to see coworkers working on the weekend.
