Pros

There are some good, honest, hard-working folks at Wonder. The culinary experience.

Cons

As a 'data-driven-company', Wonder does not know where it needs to be tomorrow and thus does not give teams enough time to execute on their plan or process to get there. So they are willing to do everything the 'wrong way' in order to provide shiny milestones to investors, that ultimately will be scrapped by the next month anyway, when the company changes it's business model again. The ignorance, arrogance, and lack of morality of the leadership team in a modern day and well funded startup company is unfathomable.
