Pros

Work load isn’t very hard. The people you work with are awesome. You get to wear whatever you want to work as long as it’s appropriate.

Cons

Management is very judgmental. It doesn’t look like it a a place to grow. Work doesn’t make you feel like you’re making a big impact. The drivers sometimes just aren’t smart. That’s not even trash talking. I mean it when I say I asked someone to spell out a word, and this person said they can’t spell. It’s hard to make that up above the age of 25.

Pros

Competitive salary and benefits, align with startup.

Cons

This company wants to be great, but Marc Lore is more worried about doing ten different things, 9 of which have already been done, instead of perfecting the one thing that makes him different.
