The team at Wonder is very talented. Everyone has experience at excellent companies or went to top schools and is extremely talented and good at their job

Cons

There is a very cutthroat environment. If you are not a top performer you will be quick to get cut. There are frequent layoffs and vision changes.

Wonder offers a flexible work schedule and is remote friendly. Wonder promotes from within more than other companies I've worked at.

Cons

Wonder is a startup that has gone through layoffs, there could be more in the future if the new business plan doesn't work out. They changed direction and no longer build electric food delivery vehicles.
