For those who love data analysis, this could be a great fit. Culture is not for everyone (please do your research and read other reviews before joining).

Cons

Very disappointed with my experience in the consulting Organisation. Poor Leadership, lackluster development opportunities, and an inability to see people as multifaceted with varying capabilities. This is a data consulting role, where you will spend most of your time in data and Excel. This level of work often does not lead to growth/development opportunities.

Generous PTO Some amazing colleagues Still a respected brand as an energy advisor

Cons

Too many incompetent people in management positions. Toxic culture that promotes power grabs and backstabbing. Lack of real diversity. Too many relationship hires. Certain management openly mocked people based on socioeconomic status. Promotion is completely based on favoritism, not at all meritocratic. HR department is overrun by incompetency. Watch out for misleading information given by talent acquisitions if you are considering a job here.
