Not what they seem

Pros

Work with kids Short hours Lots of access to education resources like career path planning etc Networking Opportunities

Cons

Typical non-profit. Caring more about finances and saving money, than their actual mission. Great at faking success. They make it seem like they’re doing great things and you’ll have a blast being a part of it. In reality everyone is super stressed and nothing gets done the way they say it does or should. They’ll bend any and all rules to get the numbers and finances they want. Even lie to the schools they work for.

Pros

Teaching the children was the highlight of my work experience,

Cons

There really wasn't anything that I would consider a con, in this field of work.
