This company does not give it's employees proper breaks after working 4 hours.The managers are poorly trained and do not provide the necessary materials to properly do the job description. Logging worked hours and receiving payment is frequently incorrect. As a result, questionable financial practices and decisions are made by upper management. Club leaders are told that snack is mandatory and require the students get snack so that their distribution numbers look good for keeping their funding. The students mostly throw the food away. The so called enrichment hour and lessons provided are considered a joke by most employees and openly discussed during training as not followed at all. There is a marked discrepancy between what is reported on paperwork and what actually occurs from day to day which might indicate fraud.

Industry is competitive. Some staff still learning new roles.
