Wonderful kids Mostly understanding staff and management Can be fun Can feel rewarding Part time allows you to do other work projects Some coworkers are nice and chill

Cons

Kids are stressful Felt understaffed Pay is lower than advertised Hours drop with school schedule (holidays, spring break, summer, etc.) No benefits early on

- The kids were great - Hours were manageable and pay was good

Cons

- Not a lot of structured activities or any direction from management - Very understaffed - Ill-equipped to manage the inclimate weather we worked in.
