Pros

Freedom without a lot of micro-management.

Cons

Politics, very weak management team, a lot of complacency, really bad customer service, very little accountability to people in the office, all accountability is about sales numbers with many obstacles internally such as; running out of stock, quality control, missed delivery, delivery damage and too many people internally that are set in their ways. A lot of repeated errors internally.
