Pros

I actually really liked it. Very laid back and results driven environment. They want results and working machinery, but don't care about the details and rarely micromanage anyone.

Cons

Deteriorating facilities, lower pay than options closer to Boise. The roof leaked on our desks every time it rained, and there was black mold in the ceiling insulation.
