Pros
There are some genuinely nice people that work at Woodhouse.
Cons
Benefits are not good. Insurance is very expensive and is a high deductible plan. The vacation policy is almost comical for a company of this size. It maxes out at 15 days and you have to work there 5 years to even get that. If you value your time off don’t even bother. They’ve also spoiled their customers for so long that anyone who whines and moans gets anything for free (at the expense of your commission and/or sanity). Be prepared as an employee to deal with bratty, spoiled customers who treat you terribly. Many of them claim to be friends with the owner. Speaking of the owner, the company went from a group of hard working, qualified people who ran the dealership locations to a group of the owners best friends who were handed GM positions once the older group of guys retired. If you’re not in with the boys club don’t expect to advance much. They’re quick to write off freebies to angry customers but stingy when it comes to pay.
