There is no "family" in the culture here The "Owner/s" let their drama get in the way of real peoples lives They never tell anyone what is going on so there will always be rumors going around They will let go of the most qualified people, for small issues. They constantly under staff for as long as possible which is stressful to all their employee's They do not advance you
