      Sick days and Vacation. Ability to seat at work.

      This company is alike Boeing, where the corporate greed is ahead of product safety. This company is para governmental (Vanguard Group). It is world leader in plane controls. Lock of space (pocked up). Noticed bad parts (initially marked and separated) the next day as good for later assembly. Second shift plus the supervisors and production engineers repeatedly put them for later assembly.
