Pros

Nice people, great facilities. One of the best places to work in Fort Collins in my opinion. Good work/life balance (most people around me work from 8:30-4:30). Good benefits. There are established pathways for growth at Woodward from my experience.

Cons

Being in the aerospace industry, approvals are long and it takes time to get things done. I have seen work repeated due to a lack of communication between departments.
