Benefits are great, people for the most part are laid back, easy to work with and knowledgeable.

Cons

Company is turning more and more corporate. Company is slow to react to new trends and products. Very old fashioned. Pay is on the lower end.

Place is a cult. Management needs to be progressive. Little chance for advancement. Need to keep up with technology.

Friendly, professional people working there. Reasonable products, but antiquated designs. Benefits were acceptable. Part numbering system is top notch, thanks to Terry.

Cons

Teamwork isn't in their vocabulary. Constantly getting thrown under the bus. Poor customer service. Need to allow employees more latitude in decision making process.
