Pros
It is a good place to work with good benefits including vacation, 401k, stock, bonus plan, ect.
Cons
Dislike the penalty on health insurance if your spouse is offered it. Pay is good but the smaller job codes like machine repair often gets overlooked internally and the other pay scales within end up much higher even for roles that are often less skilled. Also the rewards for performance seem often seem low like 1 to 1.5 percent more than the people that do the bare minimum.
