Pros

Benefits are tremendous. Some of the best Health benefits I've ever had, and affordable. Stock options after 3 years.

Cons

Pay is average to below average. Woodward relies heavily on their benefits to compensate for their lower wages. Due to their size they are a company that is driven by their HR Dept. They preach work/life balance, yet push an agenda that demands the opposite. One quirky item, don't give the impression that you have or know more information than your supervisor. due to their hierarchy dynamics if those supervisors feel threatened they will find a way to get rid of you, via forced transfer or termination with the full support of HR. Witnessed this many times over my short time there.

The only pro is... having a job

Been with this company for over 5 years, moved me over 1000 miles from my home to work in EDM, then the pandemic, I've been through at least 20 managers since the pandemic. Now I am told "You will never work in EDM again". I have over 15 years experience in this field, and they would rather hire a contractor than transfer me. Their latest scam was to tell everyone that their jobs were in jeopardy unless we took our "Floating Holiday" during the Christmas shutdown, then we're told to work, the 27th and 28th, which ended up not using our holiday, and now they're not paying us out for the "Floating Holiday". Merry Christmas I guess. My advice, stay far far away unless you like being demoralized every day.

pay is insultingly low 9 dollars less than the national average culture is awful step on everyone you can to cheat your way up completely unorganized directors and execs have zero clue some dont even know what it is were making
