Pros

Offers many creature comforts and good benefits. Plenty of PTO to use as well as a variety of flexible schedules.

Cons

Like any large business, managerial oversight on an individual’s performance is not monitored well at all. This makes room for many people who are good at telling management what they want to hear with no intention of making good on their promises. These same people often use another’s accomplishments and tasks against them or outright claim credit for such things. The lack of oversight also prevents people from obtaining recognition or merit they deserve if they are not meticulously keeping track of these things.

Pros

The benefits are some of the best around

Cons

Upper management has no clue what they are doing and are out-of touch with the people who actually make the company money.
