Great benefits, hours, and training/orientation Most of the people are awesome to Work with and for.

Cons

Favortism in some of the areas. I saw people be puhed out from manipulation and/or lies about someones work just to be able to hoard all of the overtime and/or to get rid of someone. Secondly, in deburring area, a man was not trained at all, and every time he tried to get training, it seemed like a burden, which really discouraged him.
