Everyone raves about the benefits. The benefits are fine, but I have had better. I pay almost 400.00 a month for my spouse to be insured. At my last place it was 100.00 a month. Vacation time is terrible. You get 15 days and you can purchase five more. They shut down between christmas and new years and expect you to use your vacation days. So if you don't buy extra days 1/3 of your vacation time is dictated to you. Other cons: There is an extreme issue with lack of deadlines and clarity about work that needs to be done. We have an all hands meeting soon, and we were provided with a link to submit questions. You cannot submit anonymously. The fact that leadership doesn't know - or doesn't care - to make that an option says plenty.
