      Pros

      Woolpert reacted and communicated quickly to the needs and well-being of their employees and clients to balance the long and short-term realities of the COVID-19 virus. Thankfully Woolpert had previously implemented technology to allow this incredibly fast workforce transition to take place.

      Woolpert has a great culture that is very supporting of each other. There is a lot of promotion from within that allows employees to continue to develop and not become stagnant in their current positions.
