- A company that wants to better itself for its employees - Great culture - Great people - Awesome benefits - There's currently a big push around continuous learning and career paths (there's room to grow) - Very transparent when making decisions that could impact employees

Cons

Pros

Great healthcare, great work life /family life balance, management is easy to approach with issues, and very safety focused

Cons

Management tends to be clicky and play favorites. Several of us were told we would get a review and raise after 90 days to come over, then we got told it's one year for a review once we got here.

Thank you for the positive recognition of Wolpert’s healthcare, work life/family balance, and approachable management. We want all employees to feel comfortable approaching their manager and should anyone have difficulty doing so our HR team supports the facilitation of this discussion. In addition, each office receives a special budget to use toward office activities that support morale and comradery along with year-round events sponsored by our fun committee.

Nice and courteous colleagues, managers and support staff.

Micromanaged from Dayton, head office. Most times they are not locally oriented to deal with local issues or projects.

While our Corporate office is based out of Dayton, Ohio Woolpert recognizes that with more than 20 offices across the nation, our regional offices being autonomous is a major key to our success. We hire individuals who are self-sufficient and naturally engage one another whether it be in our corporate headquarters or regional locations. In addition, our structure is such that we have regional Business Managers who are connected to our offices and in-tune with the local community. Our employees coupled with our Business Managers and other office leaders have the support of the Corporate office and, when they deem necessary, lean on the corporate office for support and/or guidance.
