Our culture of continuous learning includes on-the job shadowing and experience. While this can add to an employee’s responsibilities, the goal is to help that individual’s career development. Regarding salaries, we conduct continuous market and industry research and strive to offer a salary and total compensation package that aligns with employee performance and is at or above the industry benchmark.

Pros

Constant commitment to change and evolve. Strong transparency at C-level. Amazed at the attention & resources put to keep moral strong and make employees feel good. Very impressed at growth strategy overall -- and the accountability placed on markets to deliver their numbers. Love the rapport overall. Lots of talented individuals abound. Great company.

Cons

Needs an easier-to-understand bonus plan, for the $$ behind the plan are sound. But how it gets communicated out is sometimes confusing.

Woolpert offers a robust bonus plan that aligns with the strategic goals of the company. While the plan was designed to be as fair and employee-focused as possible, there are opportunities to better communicate the plan’s details to current employees and potential candidates. Our leadership team is working on this communication strategy.

Pros

Woolpert has good insurance, and it always treated employees fairly. They do annual raises and bonuses which are nice buy the salary is still pretty low.

Cons

Pretty low salary for the area (Miami), and 0 opportunities for advancement. It was the definition of a dead end job.
