Good benefits but management decisions hinder competitiveness

Pros

Benefits are pretty good and work life are great

Cons

Adding more overhead and expecting the operations members to pay for increased low value positions. Many departments have tripled in size the last 2 years without any visible increase in positive impact. Many new senior managers don't have industry experience and make decisions that don't keep Woolpert competitive. Support functions have gone downhill in the last several years with new people being added. A lot of good talk by some without follow through.

We also appreciate your candid comments about overhead growth, industry experience, and the impact on competitiveness. These are important concerns, and we’re actively reviewing how we structure teams, make leadership hires, and ensure support functions add clear value to operations.
