      Pros

      I've worked at awful companies (big and small) and on gov contracts. Woolpert is by far the best company I've ever worked for. I have a department director who always supports the team. I have options to advance my career. Continuous learning opportunities. I love it here!

      Cons

      There was a salary adjustment across the technical people, but not in my department. Apparently being paid up to 20% less than the median salary for your role and years of experience is how they want to operate. At least, in my department! Knowing people with far less experience being hired in at rates higher than my current salary is frustrating. Also, you could win millions of dollars for your proposal and you MIGHT get a thank you.

      Pros

      You really feel like you can achieve anything in this company. The culture here is all about pushing us to grow, getting involved in community work, and really connecting with each other. It’s motivating to be part of a company that genuinely cares about our development and wellbeing.

      Really, there are no downsides here.
