Pros

People are friendly to work with. Remote work.

Cons

Work volume has doubled and they have added so much more than the job description but refuses to acknowledge there is a huge pay gap between billing analysts and project finance analysts. Billing analyst do the heavy lifting of work but the pay and attention goes tor he PFA’s.

Pros

- Quality of Staff - Many Long Term Employees - Great Benefits - Offices across Woolpert locations work well together.

Cons

- WOOLPERT has grown very quickly in just the last few years and with that, has become VERY corporate. Woolpert used to be more of a family and ‘we are in this together’ kind of employer even across all of its offices. - With the growth has come a less personal approach w/ employees - There is a disconnect between Corporate Management and team needs in satellite offices with regards to hiring practices and policy.
