Benefits, clean office, remote work available, good computers and equipment

Cons

Severely under paid per national average, management actively avoids work, management does a poor job at keeping work coming in, bad time schedules and months of no work, followed by unreasonably short deadlines as management drops the ball on total client/job scheduling.

Our managers are also responsible for modeling our supportive leadership approach and staying actively involved in maintaining a balanced flow of work for their teams. - efficient processes in place make onboarding and functioning straightforward - some great people who work there - interesting work

Cons

- culture varies office-to-office, for the worse in some offices - can be a "guys" club in some departments (though this is more of an industry issues than Woolpert-specific)
